"CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. "I loved being right on the water, the staff was amazing, and the indoor pool, sauna and cash bar was a lot of fun. I loved the laid back vibe, it’s more families that stay here. Many of my neighbors were repeat customers and were extremely friendly.I ate at the restaurant at the resort and the food was wonderful!!!! The only part I was not expecting was my room did not have AC. It may have been the type of room I chose and did not realize. I had a wonderful time there and would go back!"

"The only positive thing what is the location? The room was very small. The space between the bed and the wall was only 12 inches. The bed frame was partially off. The boxspring was dirty. The floor rug was very dirty. The pier parking was full after certain hours. The price for this stay was too high for the type of room it was. I couldn’t wait to leave. The brochure was deceiving."

"Our family summer trip was ruined by this hotel. The front desk was immediately rude and dismissive, acting annoyed when we asked about basic amenities clearly listed in our reservation. The room was a joke. We were given one king bed for multiple guests, and instead of fixing it, they blamed the booking site. The “extra bed” was a rusty frame with a sagging, broken mattress that no one should ever sleep on. Then came the deal‑breaker: bugs. On night one, ticks were crawling on the sheets....
