"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."

"Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again."

"Tolles Apartment das absolut nicht alltäglich ist. Man schläft in einem Wintergarten.
Es war draußen kühl, die Heizung war an und im Appartement war es wunderbar warm.
Sauberkeit war sehr gut, Ausstattung ebenso.
Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich."

"The level of cleanliness was fantastic, the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main square with coffee shops on the door step. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. A very pleasant stay with very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
We had room only as we enjoy a light breakfast in a busy coffee shop."

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful, willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well.
A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being."

"Location was good to get out and explore the beautiful river walkways very near by. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was to hard for my liking but not horrible! Price and cleanliness was very good. Needs a shelf in shower for toiletries. Outside voices carry as if they’re in the room with you. There’s not much of a sound barrier between the room and the outside. That being said, it is a fairly quiet area and there’s not a lot of foot traffic or vehicle traffic in the evening or night."

"We have just returned home after a wonderful stay at Bogoria House. The location is fantastic, very peaceful, however has so many lovely restaurants and bars just a few steps away. You have main square in one direction and Wawel Castle in the other, both being a few minutes walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the whole place has such a lovely feel to it, stylish, welcoming and full of charm. It’s one of those places that makes...
