Laurel Lake Placid
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel. Lots for all ages to do in the main lobby and bar area. Pool tables, Foosball, cozy sitting areas with fireplaces. A sort of modern-rustic ski lodge vibe and feel. Basic continental breakfast in the mornings and they have trouble keeping the coffee filled. Bigger urns might be a solution. Jr King suite with amazing view of Mirror Lake was outstanding. Only annoying thing is the TV is mounted in the sitting area of the room and not in front of the bed. Not a huge deal, though. Has a nice bathroom. Microwave and fridge. Hair dryer. No, iron or ironing board in the room. We didn't ask for one as we didn't need it. Water pressure in shower constantly fluctuated while showering. All in all, a place I'd go back to and the price was decent compared to other options on Main Street."
Adirondack Spruce Lodge

"Had a wonderful time. Very clean and put together, very affordable. The only two complaints I have is the sauna was not easy to work, and the TV did not work when we first got there but they fixed it Right away The breakfast was good for the various would have been nice. I am coming back soon. Staying at this hotel"

Lake House at High Peaks Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful resort! The premium room on the 5th floor with view of Mirror Lake was absolutely stunning and was amazing to wake up and watch the sunrise over Mirror Lake! Kids loved the lemonade and fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evening and the little town with shops made for a perfect evening in walking distance. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Very clean and well maintained."
