"When I arrive, there was construction. And no easy way to access for handicapped we found out later we could park in the lower garage and we could take the elevator up. There was no shower chair for handicapped. I had to call twice to have them arrive with a shower chair. The shower chair was very rickety when I took the shower water drained out of the shower onto the tile floor in the bathroom toward the door, I had to pay for the water which I was not expecting so I bought one bottle while I was there so I could take my medication. They did have a nice breakfast and they offered coffee up until 10 in the morning, but I wanted to see about having coffee later in the evening. They did not have anything out in the lobby. I whisper was surprised they’d also did not have any kind of writing pad or offer. Anything to leave a note you matter at bring your own paper and pen the water from the pipes in the sink in the bathroom you could smell a musty smell so maybe they’re either they need to add more chlorine to the water or maybe they need to have somebody run the water in the room when not in use. Housekeeping came in every day. Is it a great job of cleaning the room and making the bed the bed itself was wonderful as well as the pillows. in comparison to other hotels that I have stayed in, this was not the best experience I was disappointed."

"Husband got trapped in elevator for an hr and so called engineer named Angel, had no clue on rules and regulations on entrapment took almost 40 min to call fire dpt for assistance.. he thought everything was a joke , additional staff unaware of protocols on entrapments. Unprofessional staff. Ice maker broken on 4th floor. Room was decent. "

"They advertise a restaurant on site with bar but its not open. When we checked in they gave us a breakfast menu with various different made to order breakfasts. But then sat. morning we walk in and the lady says its a buffet breakfast, i ask if i pay her and she says later. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, you know the usual but then there was some other stuff. I asked my wife what it was and she said some kind of asian soup. It all tasted bland. The " orange juice" was tang. Then we get done and the lady runs up and tells us its $15 each, which was odd since the prices on the menu we got the highest plate was $15.95 for made to order. I then asked if the restaurant and bar would be open for dinner as we would be back that evening and she told us no that it was closed permanently. My question is why do they advertise it if its not open? Very disappointed. "

"The room a/c wasn't working. The weather was 90+ outside, inside the room we couldn't open the windows, so we suffered all through the night. The staff made their apologies, however, no concession or credit was offered for our discomfort. I emailed the management after the stay and after 2 weeks still no response. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Kids were running in the hallway until 2am. Upstairs the walkway felt extremely unsecure. It felt like you were walking on simple plywood in the outdoor hallway. Our room had a slant to it. The bed was a thin mattress on a metal trundle. The bed had only ONE THIN SHEET on the bed. We had to request a blanket from the front desk. When we checked in the front desk clerk had both airpods in his ears and mouthed the words "your id" to me for check in. A car alarm went off in the parking lot for over an hour around 2am. The only thing pleasant was the AC Unit. I will definitely do my research better on my next hotel stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
