No one at the facility when we arrived but we managed to get keys ok from key box .Unfortunatly my key snapped in the lock , the young lady i phoned did her best to sort things out and did .Lovely shower ,good as room was very warm . My negative would be the breakfast the toast was not nice and pancakes very heavy .No juice offered and butter didnt come with toast ?with the hard toast it was essential ,the young lady supplied it when asked. "Google Maps took me to an adjacent road, Common Road, which I drove up looking for the guest house. I asked a gardener who said they thought it might be next door. I drove back onto the main road and saw a small lane on the right and a sign propped against the wall showing Church Farm guest house. There was no sign for anyone coming from Abergavenny, like me. "A nice big room with ample parking. In a quiet location just outside the town. No staff on site but a key lock to each room. Spoke to staff on the phone who were very helpful to check everything was ok. "

"We stayed 2 nights, staff asked if we needed any cleaning or replacements in the morning. A full English breakfast was served each morning. We had an evening meal the one night with a good choice. This is an Inn so there's a bar which wasn't too noisy the nights we stayed. Friendly staff. We will book again as ideal for areas we wish to visit."
