"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable.
In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay....

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the room bedding was not clean and we uncovered stains on the comforter. That was the only issue the bedding needs to be replaced. "

"People were great, walking distance to train station. And the hotel was amazing as far as holding our bags until we got into the room and also holding them after check out so we could tour the city. I will definitely be staying here again."
