"For this type of hotel/category, there's a number of things that need improving: 1) Check-in: firstly, the hotel charges a €50-75 charge for an early check-in. This seems excessive and out in line with hotels in far more cosmopolitan cities. It's a small hotel, so room turnover etc should be more manageable. Secondly, the check-in desk is too small and ill-positioned so that when you do everyone have suddenly checking in at once, it forms a line with people not really having anywhere to...

"Not only was the room wonderful & the staff friendly & helpful, but the pool, steam room, sauna, breakfast room & coffee/fruit available all day was such a plus! We were already doing too much to try the bowling alley… but we will in the future! We also liked how eco friendly the entire hotel was! We highly recommend staying here! It was a short walk to the bus & a very short Uber ride if you need it!"

"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself.
