"Overall, it is good. I just hope the front desk staff can be a little friendlier and would smile. It wasn't just the staff that had check in us but I also noticed the other front desk staff."

"Everything was great. Room was clean. Big. Clean. Dove toiletries are provided. Pool and jacuzzi are in good shape. Towels provided. I think the pool is heated. It was kind of chilly, and I expected the water to be too cold to swim. I just dipped my toes to see how cold it was. To my surprise, the water was the perfect temperature. We swam the next day. The only negative was the lack of housekeeping. I was checked in for 5 nights and on the 3rd night I called the front desk to request housekeeping. They hadn’t been there. I happened to catch someone (possibly a supervisor?) in the hall on the afternoon of the 4th and she was helpful. She took out the trash and got new towels. She also explained that only members receive housekeeping throughout the stay. I am a club member, but it wasn’t noted on my reservation. Next time I’ll make sure to confirm that at check in."

"Lackluster and far away. I expected more amenities and more for the money. Room was not clean. The best thing about the whole property is the lazy river. The cost of amenities is high. Cabana for 500-1000 dollars (soda, water and chips/salsa. The restaurants close early and not enough bars to handle the influx of guests with events. Disappointed."
