"Front desk staff was super knowledgeable and curteous! Made sure every detail was to our liking! The actual facilities and room were very clean and had an enjoyable modern aesthetic. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing to access the parking lot outside of the front entrance. And the views at any level leave something to be desired. But we loved our stay! We didnt choose this hotel for the views. Absolutely recommend 5/5 for the amenities, staff professionalism, clealiness, and vibe!"

"Amazing quality of the room, basically a studio, with its own kitchenette. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, surrounding area is very clean and safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a short drive down to Temecula, but the traffic can back up sometimes on the main street. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The property is beautiful and clean, really tastefully updated. Our room was clean and super cute. It had almost everything we needed, even an air filter! The beds were very comfy and a nice shower experience. We loved the Japanese soaking tub. The courtyard coffee on the weekend was lovely. While there is a heating unit in the room, we did have to ask for an extra blanket since we like to sleep with a little more weight on us.
