"Property is huge and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Biggest problem we faced in the green room was there was a group of people listening to loud music and partying till late night in the common garden. It was a terrible experience. Our kids were not able to sleep. Thanks to Aman he confronted them and requested to lower it down around 11.30 pm. "Property was not matching as per expectations and like other tree of life property. There was no refrigerator in room even after multiple requests that too for mountain side expensive room. Old tv, no toiletries on room cleaning, breakfast was not upto the mark even we didn't have a breakfast coz of sime tiff with staff members. Hospitality needs to be improved and property needs some real upgrades."
