"I like good design so I just had to stay at Il Palazzo at the end of my two week trip to Kyushu. It’s stunning. The attention to detail throughout was remarkable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with pretty much everything I might need. The staff were attentive and polite. Just one complaint - buffet lunch and dinner, which was included in the rate. It was essentially the same food, and none of it was Japanese. The desserts were pretty good, but otherwise it was a fairly limited, snacky international buffet. It could be so much better. My advice would be to have lunch at the hotel when you check in, but go out for dinner. No surprise it was busy at lunchtime and quiet in the evening. Breakfast was a different story, with a good selection of what you might expect."

"레지던스여서 그런지, 가격 대비-그리고 다른 호텔 대비 정말로 넓었습니다. 욕조가 있는 것도 좋았어요. 셀프 어메니티여서 편하게 가져다 썼고 그런 점에서 수건이 셀프인 것도 그렇게 나쁘진 않았습니다. 다만 일본 아파트를 개조해서인지 확실히 소음에 취약해요 ㅋㅋ 저희가 피해를 끼칠 뻔했습니다. 그리고 한가지 의문점은, 왜 하루요시에 위치해 있는데 종크 나카스인가요? 길을 잃어서 나카스 인근의 같은 체인으로 찾아가버렸습니다 ㅠㅠ"
