Great staff - the gentleman who checked me in (sorry, I can't remember his name, it was so late at night haha!), was fabulous, and the gentleman at breakfast (Caleb) was so kind and so helpful. Quiet, comfy, and easy to get to from the airport.

The air and heat was broken in our room. It was very hot in the room. Maintenance took forever to come. By time we found out our air was not fixable we did not have time to change rooms because we were running late for our plans. The hotel did not even offer us another room.
