"We love it here, the staff is absolutely amazing, the rooms are very clean and there's is no rift ready hanging around.Everyone is so he helpful and always with a smile on their face. (The vibe here says they genuinely enjoy working here) We will continue to visit here, I don't think we will go anywhere else again."

"We had a room upstairs. Inside the room we had 3 beds. Which worked out for us because we had 4 people. We didn’t get to use the pool but it goes to 8 feet. There is a nice swing to sit on. We would reserve here again. It was quite also even being close to the freeway."

"Toilet running on & off. Broken flap in tank. Bathtub plug broken, big hole in bath mat, no wash rags, broken toilet paper holder, no drain cover in sink, alarm clock kept time but you couldn't set alarm, main room light flickered, broken lamp shade, bedside lamp had 1 of 2 light bulbs out, and floor was dirty. The only good thing was the linens were clean and there was no sign of bed bugs. "

"There are limited hotel options in Merced and most are close to the freeway. HIE was nice, clean and convenient with limited traffic noise. I don’t have high expectations for free hotel breakfast but here it was pretty good. Lots of choices. Biscuits were fantastic and the bacon was crispy! Lots to of parking and the area seemed a lot safer than the hotels on Motel Row. A lot quieter than the El Cap, which we love. If you are coming up to UC Merced, this is not a bad choice."

"Parking was available and convinient. Staff was very nice and helpful/accommodating. Waffles and coffee for breakfast were my fav. They did have omelets and potatoes as well, my kids liked the potatoes. Room was good, the bathroom did not have a fan. There were also no extra garbage bags, since they only came to clean the room every other day. The pool area could have been a little cleaner. The pool and hot tub had bugs and leaves in it, tables were dirty. Of course my kids did not mind any of...

"First impressions room was good, but when we start walking around the room wasn’t clean enough, the shower had hairs, bed frames were dusty and comforters were wrinkled, Restaurant had a sing saying they had short ribs tacos and when I ordered it waitress said they didn’t have it because was a promotion of the day before (I saw the sing around 3:30 p.m), restaurant crew should removed promotion sings at the end of the work night"
