"Prior to checking in we made arrangements with the staff with even emails to ensure my son's check in process was smooth. We made multiple calls to ensure no issues. However, when he arrived, the staff would not honor the emails and communication and would not allow him to check in. They left him stranded despite multiple calls and emails. Felt like the hotel did not care and made no accommodations to ensure he was okay"

Breakfast was served to my room about 10am after I had to ask for it-was a good breakfast only it made me to come late to my appointment. In the bathroom wasn’t a mat to avoid slipping which nearly happened to me and no towels for the floor or hands only two big towels. When I shower in the bath the water splashe on the floor, very not appropriate. The room was comfortable, clean and good working air-con"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rothschild 65. The location is unbeatable, right on Rothschild Boulevard, within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and shops. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. A special thank you to the entire team for making me feel so at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...
