"Breakfast was sad, coffee was terrible but you really can't expect much from a free Breakfast at a hotel like this. Room was clean but the hotel itself is in need of some upgrades or paint. It was fine for spending the night to pick up my kid from Penn State."

"We travel a lot for sports and this hotel overall was a bad experience. For starters., I found a pocket knife in my bed. I brought it down to the front desk and they said “thank you for letting us know.”. There is a very loud train that goes by every hour overnight, blowing horn. The breakfast area had overflowing trash and not well maintained. I would not stay here again."

"The front desk staff was outstanding. I would have to point out Lionell ( sorry if spelled incorrectly) especially for his understanding and aim to please. Our accommodations were excellent. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels. Courtesy all around at this place. I would not hesitate to recommend it to travelers headed for State College."
