"Établissement sale et en mauvais état. Le personnel est sympa, mais complètement dépassé par l’état de désuétude avancé des lieux. Air climatisé ne fonctionne pas."

"Our room wasn't ready, resulting in a check-in that was over an hour late. It likely would have been longer if I hadn't vocally complained. I suspect they upgraded our room to make up for it, but due to poor communication, we aren't entirely sure. If the staff had actually explained what was happening instead of just repeating "we are fixing it," I would gladly give 5 stars for customer service. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity ruined the experience."
