"I took my two sons for a quick getaway. They loved the pool, game room, and slides. Everyone was friendly and the staff were very nice. There are not a lot of food options on the resort, so come prepared to stock up your fridge or to go out for most of your meals. Fortunately, there are great food options in Escondido."

I paid extra for balcony, balcony handle was broken, no repair done, they just drilled screws to shut the balcony door permanently, no air… Exposed electric wires by jacuzzi. Broken light hanging inside pool. Sun shades hanging unsecured and dangling. I got a room upgrade to double beds room 502, a room that shared elevator wall, had to hear it all night. Overall bad experience for my family get away. Breakfast 👎 "

"Nice hotel overall, when we first got in the room it did have a smell to it but I turn on the ac and sprayed some perfume and we were good to go. Kid friendly, we traveled with a 2 & 4 year old they loved it! Breakfast was good and they have a laundry room which I loved since kids did go swimming. Kids loved the pool. Guest service was very good. I would stay here again."
