It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!"

"They were under construction so things were naturally not as clean as would be expected. I waited 10 minutes for someone to check me in upon arrival. I let the front desk know the first night that the room phone did not work and the toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. They let me know that they would have someone fix it the next day but it was not fixed. The ac unit continued to run even though I had it turned off. There was mold in the shower. The bed was comfortable."
