"The TV would not work and while staff did try to fix it still did not work. Sadly -Missed the FIFA World Cup that night."

"Room was clean. I asked for more towels and was told to wait until morning. The restaurant was closed and not the restaurant that was listed on this site. Instead of a pub, it was an Indian restaurant and not open. I booked the room with a bar/restaurant so we wouldn’t need to drive on a holiday weekend. Most concerning was the security doors did not work so a push allowed anyone access. Disappointed, but glad the room was clean and the jetted tub was nice"

"Having stayed several times over the past six months. The hotel has provided stable, predictable, comfortable, accommodations.. Only minor suggestion is to change the to go cups for coffee. Current cups collapse and make messes, regularly."

"Room was pretty clean I guess the pugs to charge ur cell phone didn’t work at all besides the ac leaked on the floor it did smell moldy in the room once I open the door I smelled it instantly when I got there there was mold in the bathroom shower small but useful staff was good can’t really complain about them"

"I just needed a place to sleep because I had an early doctors appointment at Mt. Sinai. Someone was smoking for several hours in the middle of the night. It was so bad it smelled like they were in my room. The pillows were too soft. I had to put a bath towel underneath one to get any support for my neck. I had no problems when I stayed for a night last year. A/C was strong. Staff was great. Breakfast was good last year. I had to fast for a test this year."

"Oh I loved the bed and the pillows. They smell really clean and slept really well as I had not in a long time. My only quirk is the curtain didn’t fully close. But other wise I am super happy. Thank you!!"
