New facility and was great. all staff was great and friendly. got connecting room in 6th floor. room was good with standing shower. if the shower cabin got a glass door to close it might be great. Udupi restaurant at 9th floor was great. its an Indian restaurant which is the branch from Jakarta. they serve indian indonesian and chinese food. service was good and we got special discount for the dinner. swimming pool was big and deep. kids pool with water bomb was the...

"Dated hotel which could still be a gem if renovated. Service was impecable. Breakfast had enormous choices of Indonesian breakfast. Location somewhat run down. But taking taxi in and out solved that issue."

"The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...
