"What I didn’t like was , I was booked in a room near the construction noise. When I complained about the noise my room was changed to a room far away from the noise. The question is why not place your customers away from the noise without them asking? Once you run out of rooms, then book near the noise if there is no other option. Also, I called the front desk and asked for additional hangers. After an hour I called again. The third time I asked if I come just come down and pick them up....
