"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to be gluten free so the breakfast variety was excellent. Lots for everyone to choose from. The only thing I felt they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. Water looked clean but algae could be seen on the walls of pool and hot tub."

"Staff was probably the FRIENDLIEST I have ever experienced at a motel/hotel. Super nice and down to earth. They made feel like I was part of their family or something, it was touching. Property is super great too! Really cute and lots of newly remodeled stuff. Definitely plan to come back when I need a place in Jackson!"

"Location is great. Staff is very friendly and informative. The TV system sucked. The bed make these squeaking noises whenever you got up so irritating for the other person. And unfortunately, I guess the person next door to our room didn't think it would bother anyone when he started his truck up at five or so in the morning right outside our room and let it idle for about 10 minutes before leaving. Obviously not the fault of the Hotel, just an inconsiderate dunce."

"Such a quaint property. Rooms were very clean and the decor was great. Comfy bed, nice chairs to sit in. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was ok. A little tight with cars parked behind the stall. Definitely would stay again. Great location!"

"The check in was so fast and simple. Room was in excellent cleanness condition room temperature was perfect when we got to the room. Pool was perfect. Breakfast was excellent also."

"No one at front desk, just a bell to ring, but didn't ring it because a maid told us front desk person would be "back in a minute". After waiting 10-15 minutes (or longer), rang the bell and front desk attendant came out, said they had gone to the bathroom. We really didn't need to hear excuse, apology for wait time would have been fine. Then, when we returned around 10p.m. noise (conversations) in hall and connected room was loud and continuous through early morning hours. Needs better sound...

"When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on. The railing going up the stairs was wobbly and made us feel uncomfortable. Both my wife and I are in our mid 70’s and had a hard time with...

"It was an amazing stay, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the outside was amazing, the locals were incredibly friendly, the music room was awesome and I definitely recommend everyone to give this hotel a chance, it was probably my favorite one to stay at and given the beautiful surrounding areas makes it that much better"
