"I don't have any complaints about my stay here but I wish I could've stayed longer. It was a quality experience. Carpet and floor was clean, bathroom was clean, good water pressure from the shower and kitchen area. Small kitchenette to cook at your leisure. Bed was very comfortable, big plump nice pillows for good sleep. Ac was fantastic. Nice washcloths and towels. All amenities were in good condition. TV and wifi available. I loved it and hope to see them again in the future."

"Nice rooms. They look like they have been upgraded recently. Very spacious. You can see by the elevator and stairwells that the property is very old. However the rooms looked very modern and new. Was very clean. I had no problems with the staff, however I did overhear one of the staff get really uppity with another customer and didn't think it was appropriate for the problem. "The / lady’s that helped me were very professional n very helpful . But the man that helped was very unprofessional and kind of disrespectful. Very poor customer service skills not a bad guy just very poor customer service skills so I highly recommend some training maybe from the ladies because the two ladies were very, very nice and very professional. hope this doesn’t offend anybody thank you."

"The staff was awesome and really friendly. The pool was so nice. It’s in the entertainment district so it can be loud at night depending on what side of the hotel you’re on, which it didn’t bother us at all. The room is spacious and we enjoyed the jetted tub! We’ll definitely be back!"
