"I NEVER figured out how to get the TV up and running and NO instructions were offered as a pamphlet or printed material or other. Unfortunately, the ironing board was wobbly and made it difficult to iron my uniforms. However, the iron worked great!!! The cleaning crew began between 7:30 - 8:00 am. She was knocking on the door. This saved me as I had overslept for a meeting. EEK! There were no maps or directions left in the room for me as to know, again, how to operate the TV, get to the pool or the workout facilities, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The building maintenance needs to add exhaust system for the parking on B-1. The heat and fumes were almost overwhelming where I parked. Another guest who I knew, his room was double booked. A female guest entered his room as he was on the phone with the front desk, get this, asking for directions on how to get the TV to operate. Thank you!"

"The staff in the restaurant and front desk are outstanding. Valet staff was also very friendly. I will add that the property looks a little tired after years of use. But again, the staff in all areas are outstanding. Well done!"

"Jose, the chef is excellent, very knowledgeable in cooking and has sense of humor. The presentation of the food and drinks are very simple but very clean and welcoming. Appreciated his expertise. Omar is very nice and helpful at front office, appropriate and prompt service. We enjoyed our stay at Ayres Anaheim Hotel."
