"It was an OK stay. Practical as there was a bunk bed for my teen kids. Needs updates both in hotel general areas and room. Room had a good view was overall comfortable. Hallways, elevators could use better cleaning."

"The staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The hotel is right across from penn station which made it convenient to take the subway and train station. The only downside I would say is having purchase their breakfast add on. They have a diner onsite and I assume we were getting at least eggs and toast or something similar with the add on. Our voucher included a coffee or juice and a pastry. That’s what they considered to be the continental breakfast and in my opinion was a rip...

"Very clean room, with an amazing view of 911 Memorial and location was close to subway, Battery Park and Finacial District, which was super convenient. No coffee in the room so bring a coffee pot. We felt the bed was too soft and we didn't like the soft pillows."

"The staff was awesome! Everyone frim frint desk to cleaning was very friendly and helpful. The bunk bed room was very small with no fridge. However, the room was very clean. The shared bathrooms were kept very clean. I would stay here again. The location was an easy walk to the E, F, and 6 train on 3rd Ave. Also had the Lexington Ave Stop available as well. The roof deck was very relaxing and peaceful."
