"This place is top notch. Everything is well maintained. The rooms are a little small but that’s par for the course in NYC. The elevators were fast, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The only trade off was having a very quiet room facing the back with no view or facing the street with more street noise. It’s just personal preference. The location is perfect — close enough to walk to the theater district and Central Park. "

"Room was very clean, and extremely quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was convenient and near Central Park, the subway and numerous stores.
It was a little more expensive than I hoped to spend but overall a great value for NY.
Look forward to staying here again."

"Stopped at The Wallace for a night while visiting colleges with my daughter. It is a very nice and reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the Upper West Side. Easy walking distance to Central Park, the Natural History Museum and any number of restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a longer visit."
