"The pool has been unavailable every time I stayed there (at least 3 times). One time the fire alarm went off 3 different times effecting our sleep because we stood outside and listened to it for hours. The pool still was not open this time and the first floor was like a sauna. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t much better and it’s not worth saying anything because the staff just excuses it. The duvet on the bed was ripped as well. If it wasn’t so convenient, I wouldn’t stay there; however...

"Rooms were nowhere near expectation. Mold in bathroom, toilet that was running off and on all night, small holes in walls never fixed, and the breakfast was disgusting."

"The staff was very friendly. Had a drink at the bar and then sat on the patio outside, very comfortable. Best part of room- the plug and shelf next to the mirror outside the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and clean."

"Stayed for 1 night to beak up our drive from MA to NC. The room was spacious, but the carpet in the room was lifting if certain areas and was very dirty. The furniture was also old and needed updating. The staff was not too helpful or friendly. Since we were traveling with a family of 5 it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast, but that was also not an option. For the price we paid, I would not stay at this property again."

"Hotel and room are extremely outdated. It looks like the furniture in the room has been there from the 90s. The desk chair in the room had the leather peeling all over. The couch was extremely dingy. The doors had some sort of splatter all over them. I forgot to take pics but please take my word DO NOT stay there."

"The property is close to gas and food and highway. If I paid for dog fee in cash it was $15 but if I charged it then it was $ 25. Of course he pocketed the cash. Room assigned smelled as if they had sprayed a strong deodorizer to mask a smell. There were several dogs on first floor near each other’s rooms so the barking was tough. Why not put them on different floors? At 6:40 am fire alarm went off due to guests smoking in room instead of going outside so there we were in pajamas outside...

"I loved the convenience of the location. The front desk was helpful. However, the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival…I found hair on the floor and the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t plan on booking this hotel again but it was necessary for my trip."

"I arrived early to Baltimore after flying in to airport. We went to area to be picked up and we tried several times to call hotel no anwer and phone lines were not working. We ended up paying for LYFT. We arrived early asked to have luggage checked in since there were no rooms or we would be charged extra. When we came back to hotel it took time to check in. I felt that certain customers were being treated differently from others. One employee asked for my name told me to have a seat in bar...
