"Our first room literally smelled like raw sewage. They changed our room to a room that smelled, but at least it wasn’t raw sewage. I travel all the time and never give a bad review. I went to the bistro and ordered an old-fashioned. They charged me $12 and I left a three dollar tip charge to my room. 10 minutes later a different bartender told me that I can’t make it a room charge and gave me a new bill charging $14 without telling him you should raise the price. "To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues"
