"Room not properly clean, mosquito were there, couldn't able to sleep properly. Bathroom fittings were bad condition, room telephone not working for calling reception, I had to call their Landline from my phone again and again, staff was not cooperative, not going to stay here again even if provided for free. "

"I got hurt in this hotel, hit my head, and had to get stitches. Rooms are small. Wi-Fi keeps shutting off. No hot water."

"Abbasbhai was very nice ,friendly and cordial. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist needs more training and more customer service with a smile. India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago.
