"Room not properly clean, mosquito were there, couldn't able to sleep properly. Bathroom fittings were bad condition, room telephone not working for calling reception, I had to call their Landline from my phone again and again, staff was not cooperative, not going to stay here again even if provided for free. "

"I got hurt in this hotel, hit my head, and had to get stitches. Rooms are small. Wi-Fi keeps shutting off. No hot water."

India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago.
