"Some of the walkways were covered in ice which made it difficult to navigate the property. The gym equipment was older and some of it was broken."

"Old and rundown. Feels cheap converted double wides. Rooms are the size of jail cells. Restaurant had great but ridiculously expensive food ($45 soup!)"

"This hotel has received a recent update and the rooms have been tastefully modernized. The bathroom, particularly the shower is tight bit manageable. The issues experienced during our stay were with the hot water and the amenities. The shower controls appear to lack any sort of pressure-balancing valve. "Amazing spot! Stayed in the one with the view of the volcano. Had hot tub and dry sauna. Will definitely book again."

"Todo muy bueno"

"Hotel berkualitas fisik, baik bangunan maupun kamar, amat bagus, namun sayang management stylenya amat aneh dan belum pernah ada selama ini pola pikir pemasaran yang amat absurd seperti ini. "Location is great. Super cute, but small cabin. Hot tub did not work very well and didn’t hold its heat. Only 4 towels, 1 dish towel and cloth for 4 people for a two night stay. Only 4 coffee pods for a 2 night stay. Was surprised to find no basics in the kitchen. Salt, pepper or oil. However, those were not promised. Duvet inside cover was very stained and a bit off putting. The cabin had good instructions for most things. I would recommend including instructions for cook top as well."
