"Nice hotel"

"Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to a family emergency. However, we absolutely loved the property. The refurbishing of the town hall was expertly done and very attractive. The bed was super comfortable (I believe the mattress was the same type as we have at home). If we ever make it to Lead in the future, we will be staying here. Also the partnership shared with the Stampmill restaurant made for convenient, friendly and delicious dinning! We loved it!"

"The property is really run down and in need of updating. The staff tried to overcome the obstacles they are stuck with in regards to the hotel condition. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 7:30 and our room had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait an additional hour before we could get in. The key card lock on our door would not work and we had to have the front desk let us in 3 separate times. The show was never hot and was luke warm at best, the fsucet on the sink did not have cold water...

"I recently stayed at the Bullock Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history, which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. If you love historic places with character, this is definitely the place for you. The atmosphere really makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time, and the stories about it being haunted add to the experience. "Very friendly staff! Christian, the front desk attendant checked us in and remembered all of our names and spoke with us several times through out the trip! He is a top notch employee who truly cares if you have a good stay! "

"Parking was not easy. Property did not list no pickup truck and trailer parking. We had to park down the street in the visitor center lot. Not very convenient when we came in the night of a snow storm. The gal checking us in seemed frazzled, she must have been alone, didn't explain anything to me about how to get to our room, pool, ice machines nor any information about breakfast. "

"The room and staff were great. We had my dad with us and he is in a w/c. Parking for handicapped across the street you had to pay $15 a night and the handicapped parking was quite aways away. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking as that was new. Then the next day we found out we could have parked on the street for free since we needed handicapped parking. No one told us that when we checked in."

"Room was good. It was quiet. We liked that the trolley stop wasnt too far. Enjoyed the free play when we signed up for their players club. Would stay there again. "

"The bed was comfy but bathroom area was not adequate. No shower and toilet in a room smaller than a portable outhouse. "

"We booked through a third-party and paid extra for breakfast and money voucher however, upon check-in, the hotel said they could not see anything about a money voucher and so we paid extra for breakfast only."

"New room, comfortable bed, nice pillows, clean, big shower. Large TV, the room I was in was a little small but nice. I do plan on staying there again."

"Staff was wonderful. When I checked in directions were giving how to access the elevator to room. Which desk to get players card and navigate to eat meals. I received text messages asking how my stay was going if I needed help with anything message back. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends and family."
