"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."

The small supermarket at the entrance was a great idea. 2 points for improvement was that the restaurant was fully booked for both evenings and we had a limited by tasty menu. Rooms are clean and ok - due to the building a bit old if someone is walking around the floor above you , it is heard. Also during the summer, the rooms are getting quite hot, especially if you are in a higher floor. Would love to see different type of soap for shower. Breakfast was ok considering the price - would love to see some more bakery options like...
