"Great staff"

"Resort was friendly and clean. The pools were nice. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep on and the mixed alcohol options are extremely limited. The shower was very small and difficult to move around in. There was a lot of loud kids outside in the early morning which makes it hard for people to sleep who have jetlag."

"The room was very nice, the instructions to get in was clear, and it was easy to check in and out. I was pleasantly surprised by the inside of the apt very open, and the bedroom was perfect. It also had a nice, large, and private balcony. It was also perfectly located to the cities center, a lot of food and bar options, was a great stay thank you!"

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room.
