"Westory hostel was the second hostel I stayed st in Thailand, considering the price of the stay it was quite nice and the location was also quite convenient. -Location: middle of the city, very close to the bus terminal, probably a 20-30B trip or within walking distance if you feel like carrying your luggage there. Pongphen Guesthouse

Pongphen Guesthouse

10/10 Excellent
"An ideal base if visiting the Kanchanaburi area, rooms are not modern but that is part of the charm of this guesthouse , a fridge , a tv and aircon in the rooms , a safe in the room which you get the key for by leaving a deposit, which you get back , 2 bottles of water left each day in room . An excellent pool area , great after a day exploring in the heat . The included breakfast was a bonus and really good and filling . The staff are really friendly and keep the place clean ."
