"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lisbon. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive.
The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The Elevador restaurant was also excellent, with great food and service. I loved my stay, have already recommended it, and will definitely be back. One of my best travel experiences."

"From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great curtosy and hospitality. We enjoyed the pool, hottub and sauna. The room was beautifully appointed. The best kept secret is the #24 Tram that takes you to the shopping district of Baixa-Chiado. From there the #28 Tram will take you across the city to many tourist destinations and restaurants/cafes/parks. The hotel was clean, temperature controls responsive, staff friendly. A mall and other retail shops are jusr two blocks away. We stayed 7 nights and would gladly stay here again. Staff routinely switch to English after you great them with 'Olá'. Overall great experience."
