"The views from this hotel are worth the stay. The service in the restaurant was incredibly slow and the food was cold. Besides my husband’s soup, which was piping hot, I was jealous. But the fish and the chicken were barely above room temperature and there were so few people eating, there was really no excuse for the food to not come out hot. There is no elevator and the property is dated. Not just charming and antique, but dated, it could really use some sprucing up. The breakfast buffet was great. The front desk staff was generally friendly and helpful. I loved having a seperate bedroom from my kids, and they each had their own little bed. Overall the experience was good, I would stay again."

"Our stay at Tiglkåk was very nice. Easy to find and access, although we had a initial problem with the code to the room. But the staff swiftly helped us! Showers in the basement were really excellent, clean and very good waterpressure! Our only concern was the small fridge which was not enough for all occupants. Anyhow we recommend this place!"
