"Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...

"Excellent gym with 4+ machines (bicycles, ellipticals), dumbbells up to 20kg, a cable machine, and an assisted power rack. I stayed in a room with a loft / spiral stair case. Lots of space, but slightly inconvenient as bed is upstairs and bathroom / wardrobe is downstairs. The room was very dark with a single window due to building design, so could use more lighting in the living room like a floor lamp(s). Rooftop bar is a nice addition with amazing views. Definitely mention you are a hotel...

"Perfekte Lage für ein Stadt-Wochenende. Parkhaus im Hotel und Straßenbahn, U-Bahn und Bus vor der Tür. Prima Zimmer mit gutem King Bett, sauberes Bad mit großer Dusche. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Gerne wieder!"

"Zwischen Duschwand und Waschtisch sitzt man ein wenig beengt auf der Toilette, ansonsten alles top. Vor allem die Nähe zur Lanxess-Arena ist unschlagbar."

"The hotel is OK. There is no door between the bedroom and shower in room 2C and the water pressure was very low. There was a big stain on the ceiling, so it looks like there was a leak recently. it gets very noisy at night (there was no a/c so we had to keep the window open. The staff were helpful and the bed was reasonably comfortable."

No, I dont work reception and the boss isnt here. This is as far away from hospitality as can be. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. "

"Keine Klimaanlage. Alle Fenster sind raumhoch mit Französischem Balkon (halbhohes Außengeländer direkt an der Fensteröffnung). Das sorgt zwar für viel Tageslicht im Raum, birgt aber auch ein enormes Fallrisiko für mitgeführte Haustiere, bzw. kann Höhenangst auslösen."
