"The first room they put us in smelled like cigarettes and this was a non-smoking property. The bed linens were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. They gave us another room on a different floor. That room was much better but the floor still looked like it hadn’t been swept for a while."

"The check in staff was super friendly. The room and hallways were very clean. Quiet and family friendly. Great location for Cuyahoga Falls National Park and close to lots of dinner options. Close to a WalMart so we could restock snacks and toiletries on our adventure! Great stay for us! Thank you!"

"We were only there for one night for a concert but it was very clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness)! As soon as I walked in, I could smell that it was just cleaned. I also have sensory issues with bedding and typically can’t sleep in hotel beds, but I slept AMAZINGLY (literally the most comfortable mattress and sheets). We also accidentally locked ourselves out and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was kind of lacking but we did come at the tail end so it was...

"Bathroom was terrible , broken curtain rod hanging made it impossible to shower . fan in bathroom not working , only one outlet in bathroom worked . Room smelled awful , had to burn a candle to get the smell out . Hallways smelled musty and gross. Dirty kleenex left in chair in the room , For a $176.00 a night it was terrible . Will never book again."

"I liked that the staff was very nice and helpful, made me feel comfortable to ask for service if needed. The room was clean, a bit dusty, but nothing that couldn't be wiped off. The air conditioner was on point, I also liked the working windows for night air. Parking was ample. The area was very quiet, no kids running up and down the halls, banging on people's doors, the whole building was quiet. The best part was the peace and quiet."

"We don't normally complain but this hotel was completely run down and needs major repair and updates. Walking to our room had the smelliest hallway and absolutely disgusting elevator. Outer doors are not locked for safety whatsoever. Our room floor were dirty and had smashed holes in floor. The family of owners were very nice. Had 1 small bar of soap to shower with, thin towels, and doors to rooms were very loose. These people need to update and learn to run a safe reliable place to stay....

"Well… Our room had a 2 foot section of wallpaper falling away from the wall exposing black mold. Then, the TV didn’t work at all for two days. They said the whole hotel was down.
