"We really enjoyed staying here while visiting cuyahoga national park. There were a few minor issues which were resolved. No coffee maker in room so they had coffee in the lobby at 6am. Overall a nice stay, would visit again."

"The hotel was fine. Older but still clean and kept up. We were not pleased that we could not check in early. The rooms were reported to be cleaned and available however because we arrived before the 4 pm checked our only option was to pay an additional $50. We did not do this. The AC also did not function consistently either night we were there. The temperature did not remain constant and when the unit was running it was very loud and rattled inconsistently. "Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...
