"Great location. Lake view was beautiful but noisy. The mini-fridge temp was not adjustable and turned my sparking water into slushies and exploded one of them. I tipped housekeeping using the QR code on our first morning, and housekeeping never came during our entire three-night stay. The room was clean overall, but some seldom-used items, like the coffee maker and hair dryer, were very dusty. The lobby is pretty, but the rooms lack the same character as the common spaces. Staff was friendly...
