"Amazing stay and the property was maintained exceptionally well. Loved the vibes and all the people were super nice. Beach access is right at the door step of the property and well maintained by hotel staff.
The photos of the property don’t do justice to the ocean view we had from the rooms. Loved the rooms and very spacious.
Breakfast spread was delicious and had a huge variety. Also the evening vibe at Reflection roof top bar with the live music was spectacular.
Overall loved the place and...

"Too bad.... The location, food and staff were great, but our room smelled of cat pee!
They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet!
When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or...

"Lovely room, cleaned daily. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Mostly quiet. Excellent views and near local shops, restaurants. Only issue we had was that there was 1 room key - this was difficult to manage as we were 3 groups of adults who didn't do everything together. 2 keys would have been ideal - a point for improvement. Overall a fantastic hotel"

"Our only small thing we noticed was pool should have been cleaned and shock had a lot of free floating algae in it.
The staff were beyond helpful and polite.
Tara Resturant was nice to have on site.
Free shuttle to beaches was very much appreciated.
Location was perfect if there was no construction it was easy walking to all restaurants.
Lastly be aware there is construction next door so quite noisy all day but that is not within their control.
We would visit Navatara again once construction...
