The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming and attentive despite my short stay. A lovely touch was receiving a small souvenir at the end of my stay, which really showed their thoughtfulness. Overall, it’s a comfortable and relaxing place with warm hospitality, and I would happily stay here again."

"Lovely room, cleaned daily. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Mostly quiet. Excellent views and near local shops, restaurants. Only issue we had was that there was 1 room key - this was difficult to manage as we were 3 groups of adults who didn't do everything together. 2 keys would have been ideal - a point for improvement. Overall a fantastic hotel"

"Room 78 had AC that was not working properly and the ceiling fan sounded like a truck that was about to lose an engine. The receptionist did not want to move me and the "engineer" had to come a fiddle with everything. It was an unnecessary, time consuming, and unfriendly process. But, they decided to move me to room 70 which was perfect. The only hot water in all the rooms is in the shower. The sinks have only tepid cold water. The food is top notch and the beach views are excellent while dining. I don't recommend walking on the beach because there is a lot of broken glass in the sand. Thai people told me that they would not swim in the water. Nice to look at but go to another beach to swim."
