"The decoration and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, along with the spa facilities, Bennett’s Restaurant and the hotel breakfast room. The food was delicious with a nice selection. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, we will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. While a fan had been provided, there was no air conditioning and the fan did little to improve the lack of ventilation.
The room also did not appear to have been cleaned to a particularly high standard. There was a noticeable line of dust behind the radiator, and I found a small puddle of water on the bathroom floor upon entering the room.
The sound insulation also appeared to be very poor. The walls and ceilings...

"Attended a wedding locally. Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very good. Unable to use the pool due to swimming lessons, were told we could only use it after 12.30pm, but we were checking out at 11am."

"Expecting refurbished spa disappointed with condition Six people were awaiting entry at 6.30am let in five minutes late.windows rattled from wind regularly was assigned another room which was more spacious and good.limited to two pillows for couple people offering limited support.Food was good and well presented thank you."
