"The hotel had no parking and was extremely dirty. The room was filthy, the toilet wasn’t working, there was hair on the beds, the carpet was very dirty, and there was even a pin on the floor that injured my daughter’s foot. They charged extra for a larger room and for a sea view, but gave us a room with a blocked window where nothing could be seen. When we complained, they refunded our money. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen—charging 5-star prices with no service. Even if it were free, we...
