"Good family hotel"

"Breakfast person is a gem."

"The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down"

"Plenty of free parking, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and met our needs. My grandson enjoyed the pool. It was too cold for me. Breakfast was average, but it was what you usually find when you get free breakfast with your lodging. The woman refilling the food was pleasant."

"Don't leave any valuables inside your vehicle if you're going to be doing valet I left $150 and my money was stolen . Dumb on my part . 50 was only taken because I had in separate compartments in my middle consult. I spoke to the hotel manager and basically she did nothing telling me, I can't prove that it was her staff, but it was definitely her staff. But it's ok , they needed it more than me ."

"I had a wonderful overnight stay. My room was much more spacious than I needed. The hotel is clean, and my hallway was quiet. This hotel is in a great location. Overall I was impressed with this hotel. I would definitely recommend it."

"Always stay at this Hampton Inn when visiting my daughter. Great staff, excellent breakfast bar, clean rooms, well equipped gym, centrally located and nice restaurant/bar next door."

"Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F."

"Clean room"

"The room was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over it. Had a nice bullet hile in the window They came in once the 3 days I stayed to clean the room. I wouldnt call it clean. They came in once took the pillows off the bed stacked them on the chair. Took one pillow cover off and left the pillow cover with my used towels in a pile and didnt make the bed. The price was good. The cleaning needs some work"

"I checked with my husband, who is in a wheelchair, and two large dogs. Their quick assistance in checking into our room was much appreciated. The valet service was prompt in bringing our car out when we needed it."

"Staff were solid but calling the king suite a suite was laughable at best. It's just a bed, chairs, and a shower in a bigger room."

"Soccer teams from Ghana and Morocco were also at the hotel and the excitement was palpable! The location was great and the view from our windows was pretty. On the negative side: the garage was not that close so hauling luggage was not that easy, the restaurant was difficult to find, and the hotel has known better days."
