A great hotel, would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Reading. The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We also had breakfast at the hotel too which was so good!

Hotel was in great renovated condition, rooms were clean and functional. Reception were helpful and always available to help. Location was good as we were only a 20 minute walk from the train station so we're able to pop to Windsor within 40 minutes, plus you are right on the river so can take a walk alongside to the station! The only downside to our stay was the error made at billing for parking and the spa where we were double charged, but I'm hopeful this will be corrected quickly.

This hotel is new, the staff are very helpful we didn't eat there but eaten in other village hotels and the food from the bar and grill is good but we don't have the breakfast as we don't think it's good. The pool and facilities are amazing

Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a large van that we were able to park in the car park opposite and the staff were very quick to come over and raise the barrier for us.
