Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. "The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. "This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible. "The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"
