Bom, mas falta manutenção

O quarto era bem amplo, cama muito confortável, chuveiro com excelente pressão, café da manhã muito bom. Localização razoável, apesar de estar a 2 quadras da praia. O problema maior era a falta de manutenção do ar condicionado, pingando direto e deixando o chão bem molhado, trocamos de quarto, mas o problema se manteve (em menor grau). O ar da academia então estava péssimo, água infiltrada abaixo do piso de madeira. Além disso, o banheiro do quarto ficava com um cheiro bem ruim quando fechado por um tempo.

O hotel é excelente, sempre me hospedo nele quando venho a Recife. O atendimento é excepcional desde o check in, café da manhã, manobristas e equipe do restaurante. O quarto é confortável, limpo e o enxoval é muito bom. A limpeza do banheiro é impecável. A comida do restaurante é muito boa e tem opções de almoço e jantar. Adoro o café da manhã que é sempre variado e gostoso. O estacionamento (com manobrista) é pago e os meninos são extremamente educados e cuidadosos e sempre pontuais na entrega do carro,

O hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é bom e confortável. O hotel oferece wifi mas sem autenticação, entao achei um pouco inseguro. E a TV não era smart, limitando muito a sua utilidade.

Bem mais ou menos.

Banheiro com a tampa do vaso suja, chuveiro era bom, café da manhã com poucas opções pelo valor, a piscina suja sem condições de uso, localização boa, atendimento na recepção sem simpatia alguma, com poucas informações. Tivemos que aprender sozinhos a usar o elevador que era sob cartão. A tv somente com canais abertos, ar condicionado fraco dos antigos. Uma pena, uma recepção com decoração bonita porém, deixa o restante e o principal muito a desejar. O rapaz do atendimento do café do louve era solicito pelo menos.

PERDA DE QUALIDADE NO SERVIÇO

Estive com amigos no marante durante o primeiro fds do mês de fevereiro. Escolhi o hotel pelo fato de tê-lo escolhido nas minhas últimas duas hospedagem em boa viagem. Onde, tive boas experiências 2022 e 2023 Fiz boas referências aos amigos que estavam comigo. Elogiando o café da manhã e instalação. Porém, tivemos nessa estadia problemas no AR, chuveiro e café da manhã com poucas opções. Diferente de quando fiquei de outras vezes. Os funcionários foram solicitos aos pedidos de mudança de quarto.

HOTEL BOM MAS LEVE PRATO DE CASA QUE LA COBRA

Gostei muito da estadia. O que achei estranho o estacionamento ser dentro do hotel e ser terceirizado onde se paga 30 reais por cada dia para estacionar. Outra coisa que tbm não gostei foi COBRAR 15 REAIS POR CADA VEZ QUE LHE EMPRESTA UM PRATO. paguei quase 200 reais de aluguel de prato dos dias que fiquei lá. Isso achei um absurdo. Hotel limpo , confortável e bem localizado, próximo a praia de boa viagem. No geral recomendo.

Estacionamento pago

Um ponto a se mudar é o ar condicionado do hotel que é bastante antigo, Não gostei do estacionamento, em nenhum momento na descrição do hotel dizem que o estacionamento é terceirizado, então fiquei surpresa, a diária do estacionamento é 30 reais, todas as vezes que entrar no hotel tem que deixar a chave lá fora, quando fui embora pela manhã a entrega do carro demorou bastante e quase perco meu voo, café da manhã mediano.
