Tamanho do quarto bom, mas banheiro ruim, vaso na frente da porta do chuveiro, não tinha tapete no chuveiro, sair do chuveiro molhado com o chão escorregadio é perigoso pra idosos, chuveiro estragado sem agua quente, na recepção falou que so o dia seguinte sera consertado... foi, no momento que saimos pra ir embora!! Este hotel é um pouco mais barato que os outros,mas depois da estadia, sabemos o porque!! Nunca mais là!! Um hotel deste tamanho sem tv smart, somente canais nacionais, e cm antena interna !! Control da tv funcionando só pela metade... Hotel que falta de manutenção e de serviços. Quando vc recebe um hóspede, tem que fazer um check do quarto antes, dexando tudo funcionando.

O hotel tem boa localização, já fiquei outras vezes, mas a nova regra de 24 h da entrada e saída não foi cumprida, tenho ciência das 3 h de arrumação caso o hóspede peça, o atendente alega q o hotel já cumpre as 21 h da lei, mas ele não sabe que 21h é o tempo mínimo. E outras coisas precisamelhorar, elevador que para, cafe da manhã não é bom, e quando chega 9h30 acabam muitas coisas e não é reposto, o whatsapp de contato da recepção demoram demais a responder, a cada dois dias tolhas são trocadas, mas pedi várias vezes e demorou a chegar. Quartos cheirando a morfo, enfim só gostei da localização perto de tudo.
